For customers with multiple brands, Magento Store Views can be mapped to Zendesk with the Brand Mapping features enabling Zendesk Agents to filter orders by where they originated.

Customer Orders and Details Visible Inside the Zendesk Ticket

Zendesk Agents can quickly view recent orders and expand orders to view order details directly inside the Zendesk ticket.

All notes made in the backend of Magento 2 are visible in the details section of the Magento 2 Connector under Order Notes.

Zendesk agents can view customer’s interactions with the website using Sunshine Events. Items such as cart create, order placement, and more are visible. Events can be quickly filtered to gain specific insight into the customer's journey.
