With a long history in the software development space, Mike has helped grow and maintain the Quality Assurance (QA) process at Classy Llama. Before shifting his primary focus to software QA in 2012, Mike worked in a variety of roles including system administrator, SQL developer, business analyst, team leader, software tester, and project manager. He previously led the creation and automation of QA standards and procedures for a data product that reduced defect rates by nearly 80%.

During his time with Classy Llama, Mike has established standards and procedures for functional QA, maintained the list of standard browsers and devices used for testing, and written user acceptance testing guidelines for clients. He has also increased testing throughput by establishing a relationship with a remote team of testers and coordinating their work.
