Jesse got his spark for marketing and eCommerce in high school when he started an apparel company that gave a portion of its sales to the customer’s choice of charity. In his seven years in the eCommerce field, he’s worked with over 50 different organizations and brands. In 2016, Jesse and his friends started Ride for Kore and rode their bikes across the US unsupported. Since it began, they’ve raised over $50,000 for a women’s empowerment program in Ethiopia. In 2017, Jesse helped started a company called Manuscripts and raised over $35,000 on Kickstarter and IndieGoGo. His work has been featured by NPR, Slate, and Relevant Magazine. From 2015-2017, he was a top 5 finalist for 417 Magazine’s “Best Person to Invite to a Party.” As Marketing Coordinator, Jesse brings his passion for brands and strategy to Classy Llama.
Jesse was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Springfield, Missouri in 2013. He’s happily married and reluctantly has a cat. Jesse is always starting new hobbies, but the ones that have stuck around the longest are photography, cycling, and making cocktails. He loves thinking about brand strategy and has started four companies: two clothing brands, a publishing company, and a branding agency.
