During the data collection portion of the marketing audit we review Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social media analytics, competitors, industry research, heat mapping, and more. With this information we can begin to understand where your business is currently performing or not performing.

Channel Review

Each marketing channel that you are using tells a story about your audience. We review email, pay-per-click, social media, etc., to determine how your audience engages with your brand. We will also be able to determine what is working and what isn’t in your current campaigns.


This is the most critical piece of the audit. We compile everything we have learned and determine what it means for your business. Where can things improve? What previously unexplored opportunities exist? Where can efficiencies and profit be gained? What is in place but could be dropped?


At the end of typically an 8 week period we provide a document to you with a complete roadmap of all of the data and information we have collected, recommendations, and priorities.
